Now Hiring: Assistant Property Manager

  • Operating the leasing office, completing storage unit leases, generating reports, answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Multiple daily site walks, potentially light cleaning and maintenance work when necessary
  • Hiring and scheduling vendors & contractors to perform as-needed building and site maintenance
  • Locking and unlocking the facility for customer access hours (7 am - 7 pm)
  • Being "the face of the company"; enthusiastic, warm and welcoming to customers
  • Being a team player, may occasionally need to come in to cover office hours on short-notice
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and has a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible with hours
  • Management experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and will be trained to use proprietary self-storage management software
